NO. BC/Ele./3326/2026

By letter bearing Outward No.BCI:D:2941/2026 dated 13/05/2026, the Bar Council of India

directed all the State Bar Councils for publication/notification of the names of the Elected Members

in the Official Gazette.

In pursuance of Section 8 of the Advocates Act, read with the Election Rules framed by the Bar

Council of India, 2023 and Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa, 1968 Election was held on 24/03/2026

to elect 23 Members to the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa to fill in the vacancies arising on

account of the expiry of the term of Office of the Members of the Council under the supervision of

Hon’ble High-Powered Election Committee (HPEC) constituted by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

Following 23 Advocates have been declared duly elected as Members of the Bar Council of

Maharashtra & Goa in the Election held on 24/03/2026. The elected candidates as per list dated

12/06/2026 received from the Returning Officer and accepted by the HPEC are as under:
