Prevention Of Corruption Act,1988.

No. SPC 1322/C.R.73/D-IX.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of

the Prevention of Corruption Act,1988 (Act 49 of 1988), the Government of Maharashtra, on

recommendation of the Bombay High Court, hereby appoints the Judges of the City Civil and

Sessions Court, Mumbai, mentioned in column (2) in place of the Judges mentioned in column (3)

of the Schedule appointed hereto, as Special Judges exclusively for the trial of cases filed under the

Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
