४०६, ४२०, ४०९ आणि� ३४ सह महााराष्ट्र ठेवीदाारांं�च्या (वि�त्तीीय संस्थाामधीील) हि�तसंंबंधांं�चे संरक्षण अधि�नि�यम, १९९९ (२०००

चाा महााराष्ट्र १६) कलम ३ अन्वयेे गुन्हा दााखल करण्यात आला आहे;

आणि� ज्याअर्थीी, महााराष्ट्र शासनााची अशी खात्री झााली आहे की, उक्त वि�त्तीीय संस्थाा आणि� सदर संस्थेेचे अध्यक्ष, संचाालक,

व्यवस्थाापक, प्रवर्ततक, भाागीदाार, कर्ममचाारी अथवाा अन्य कोणतीीही व्यक्ती हे ठेवीदाारांं�च्या मागणीनुसार ठेवी परत करण्यात अपयशी

ठरले असून उक्त वि�त्तीीय संस्थेेद्वाारे ठेवीदाारां�नाा ठेवी परत करण्याची शक्यताा दि�सूून येत नााही;

आणि� ज्याअर्थीी, महााराष्ट्र शासनााला, उक्त वि�त्तीीय संस्थाा आणि� संस्थेेचे संचाालक, व्यवस्थाापक, प्रवर्ततक, भाागीदाार, कर्ममचाारी

अथवाा अन्य कोणतीीही व्यक्ती यां�नीी जमा केलेल्या ठेवींमधूून त्यांं�च्या स्वत:च्या अथवाा अन्य कोणत्याही व्यक्तीच्या नाावेे रक्कम व

असल्याने, उक्त वि�त्तीीय संस्थांं�मधीील ठेवीदाारांं�च्या हि�तााचे संरक्षण

करण्याकरि�ताा अशी रक्कम व अन्य मालमत्ताा जप्त करण्याचे आणि� अशा जप्त रक्कम व अन्य मालमत्ताा यावर नि�यंंत्रण ठेवण्याकरि�ताा

उपवि�भाागीय अधि�काारी, पुणेे, जि�ल्हा पुणेे यां�चीी सक्षम प्राधि�काारी म्हणूून नि�युुक्ती करणेे आवश्यक वाटते;

त्याअर्थीी, आताा, महााराष्ट्र ठेवीदाारांं�च्या (वि�त्तीीय संस्थांं�मधीील) हि�तसंंबंधांं�चे संरक्षण अधि�नि�यम, १९९९ (२००० चाा महााराष्ट्र

१६) च्या कलम ४ चे पोट-कलम (१) कलम ५ चे पोट-कलम (१) याद्वाारे प्रदाान करण्यात आलेल्या अधि�काारांं�चाा वापर करून

महााराष्ट्र शासन याद्वाारे.—

Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1999.

No.MPID-0125/C.R.No.11(Part-1)/Pol-15.-Whereas, The Income Route and Financial Services,

Thane (West), District Thane (Registration No. UDYAM-MH33-0125729), address- office No. 209

and 322, B Wing, 2nd Floor, Lodha Suprems-2, Road No.22, Wagale Estate, M.I.D.C., Thane (West),

Thane (hereinafter referred to as “the said Financial Establishment”) and its Chairman, Directors,

Managers, Promoters, Partners, Members and its employees has received deposits from depositors

under the scheme to repay the deposits on maturity alongwith benefits promised there of to the

depositors;

And whereas, an offence has been registered against the said Financial Establishment and its

Chairman, Directors, Managers, Promoters, Partners, Members and its employees at Shrinagar Police

Station, District Thane vide FIR. No.104/2023 under sections 406, 420, 409 and 34 of the Indian Penal

Code (45 of 1860) and section 3 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial

Establishments) Act, 1999 (Mah. XVI of 2000) that they have collected the deposits and have failed

to repay the deposits after maturity;

And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra is satisfied that the said Financial Establishment

and its Chairman, Directors, Managers, Promoters, Partners, Members and its employees have failed

to repay the deposits on demand by the depositors and the said Financial Establishment is not likely

to return the deposits to the depositors;

And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra considers it expedient to attach the monies and

other properties believed to have been acquired by the said Financial Establishment and its Chairman,

Directors, Managers, Promoters, Partners, Members and its employees or any other person, either

in their own name or in the name of any other person, from out of the deposits collected by the said

Financial Establishment, in order to protect the interest of the depositors of the said Financial

Establishment and to appoint Sub-Divisional Officer, Pune, District-Pune as the Competent Authority

to exercise control over the monies and other properties attached;

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section

(1) of section 5 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)

Act, 1999 (Mah. XVI of 2000), the Government of Maharashtra hereby, -

(a) attaches the monies and other properties in the names of The Income Route and Financial

Services, District Thane and its Chairman, Directors, Managers, Promoters, Partners, Members

and its employees or any other person, as specified in the Schedule appended hereto; and

(b) appoints Sub-Divisional Officer, Pune, District-Pune to be the Competent Authority to

exercise control over the monies and other properties attached.
