Order

No. B-4/JO/YKR/Promotion/2939/2026.—In view of Hon'ble High Court Notification dated

19th June 2026 Shri Y. K. Rahangdale, Judge, of this Court has been appointed on promotion as

Additional Chief Judge and posted him on this establishment.

Accordingly Shri Y. K. Rahangdale, Judge, has taken over the charge as Additional Chief Judge,

Small Causes Court, Mumbai with effect from Saturday, 20th June 2026 (B.N.).

The Office is further directed to take a note of this order in his Original Service Book.

No. B-4/JO/VGU/Relieving Order/2949 of 2026.—The Hon'ble High Court vide Notification dated

19th June 2026 has been pleased to appoint the following Judicial Officer Smt.V. G. Upadhye, Judge

as Ad-hoc Judge, City Civil Court and Additional Sessions Judge, Mazgaon, Mumbai.

In view of above, Smt. V. G. Upadhye, Judge of this Court is relieved from the establishment

of this office on Tuesday, the 23rd June 2026 (B.N.), in order to enable her to take over the charge

as Ad-hoc Judge, City Civil Court and Additional Sessions Judge, Mazgaon, Mumbai on Tuesday,

23rd June 2026 Before Noon.

She is further directed to return the Office Residential Library, Office Telephone instruments

and other office belongings to the office, before relieving from this office.
