क्रमांं�क संंकि�र्णण-२०२५/प्र.क्र.२७६/काा-१२.— महाारााष्ट्र दि�वााणीी न्यायालय अधिि˜नि�यम, (१८६९ चा १४) च्या कलम २२अ

याद्वाारेे प्रदाान केेलेेल्या अधिि˜काारांं�चा आणि� याबाबतीत त्यास समर्थथ करणााऱ्या इतर सर्वव अधिि˜काारांं�चा वाापर करून आणि� याबाबत यापूूर्वी

कााढलेेल्या सर्वव अधिि˜सूूचनाा, जेेथवर त्या जालनाा जि�ल्ह्यााती ल दि�वााणीी न्यायाधीश कनि�ष्ठ स्तर, अंंबड आणि� दि�वााणीी न्यायाधीश कनि�ष्ठ

स्तर, घनसाावंंगीी या न्यायालयाच्या सर्ववसाधारणण अधिि˜काारि�तेेच्या स्थाानि�क सीमांं�शी संंबंंधिि˜त असतीील तेेथवर, त्यांं�मध्येे अंंशत: फेेरबदल

करून महाारााष्ट्र शासन, याद्वाारेे दि�नांं�क ३ जुुलैै,२०२६ पासूून असेे नि�र्देेश देेत आहेे की,

(अ) सोबत जोडलेेल्या अनुुसूूचीमध्येे वि�नि�र्दि�िष्ट केेलेेली गाावेे, जी यापूूर्वी जालनाा जि�ल्ह्याातील दि�वााणीी न्यायाधीश कनि�ष्ठ

स्तर, अंंबड यांं�च्या सर्ववसाधारणण अधिि˜काारि�तेेच्या स्थाानि�क सीमेेत समाावि�ष्ट होती, ती त्यातूून वगगळण्यात येेऊन जालनाा जि�ल्ह्याातील

दि�वााणीी न्यायाधीश कनि�ष्ठ स्तर, घनसाावंंगीी यांं�च्या सर्ववसाधारणण अधिि˜काारि�तेेच्या स्थाानि�क सीमेेमध्येे समाावि�ष्‍ ‍ट केेली जातील; आणि�

(ब) अनुुसूूचीमध्येे वि�नि�र्दि�िष्ट केेलेेल्या गाावांं�मधूून उद्भवणाारेे आणि� उक्त दि�नांं�काापूूर्वी जालनाा जि�ल्ह्याातील अंंबड येेथीील

दि�वााणीी न्यायाधीश कनि�ष्ठ स्तर यांं�च्या न्यायालयात प्रलंंबि�त असलेेलेे सर्वव मूूळ दि�वााणीी दाावेे आणि‍�‍ दि�वााणीी स्वरुपाची काार्ययवााही,

ही काायद्याानुुसार नि�कााली कााढण्यासाठी दि�वााणीी न्यायाधीश कनि�ष्ठ स्तर, घनसाावंंगीी यांं�च्याकडेे हस्तांं�तरि�त केेली जातील.

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra Civil Courts Act.

No. Sankirna 2025/CR 276/Desk XII.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22A of the

Maharashtra Civil Courts Act ( XIV of 1869), and in partial modification of all the earlier notifications

issued in this behalf, in so far as they relate to the local limits of ordinary jurisdiction of the Court

of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Ghansawangi and the Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Ambad

in Jalna District, subordinate to the District Court Jalna; the Government of Maharashtra, with

effect from the day of 3rd July 2026, hereby directs that,

(a) the villages specified in the Schedule appended hereto, which were heretofore included within

the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of Civil Judge, Junior Division at Ambad , be excluded

therefrom and be included within the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of Civil Judge, Junior

Division at Ghansawangi in Jalna District; and

(b) all original civil suits and proceedings of civil nature arising out of the villages mentioned

in the Schedule appended herewith pending before the said date in the Court of Civil Judge, Junior

Division Ambad shall stand transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Ghansawangi

in Jalna District for disposal according to law.
