in Official Gazette-Publication of Annual Administration Report Under rule 08 Shall be notified by

Publishing A Notification to that effect in the Official Gazette and in one or more Newspapers

Public Notice

No. HC/MAP(JUDL)/3598/2026.—Public at large are hereby informed that Ms. Ashwini Nitin

Kadam, Residing at 54/1, Araneshwar Darshan Society, Bungalow No. 4, Parvati, Pune 411 009,

who had filed Election Petition No. 27 of 2025 before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court challenging

the election of Smt. Madhuri Satish Misal from 212 Parvati Assembly Constituency held in November

2024, has filed an application being Application Lodg. No. 7893 of 2026 seeking leave of this Hon’ble

Court to withdraw the said Election Petition.

Pursuant to order dated 18th June 2026 passed by the Hon’ble Shri Justice Abhay Ahuja and

as per the provisions of Section 109(2) of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, the hearing of

the aforesaid Application Lodg. No. 7893 of 2026 in Election Petition No. 27 of 2025 is fixed on

8th July 2026 at 11-00 a.m. before the Hon’ble Shri Justice Abhay Ahuja in Court Room No. 16B.

SLUM REHABILITATION AUTHORITY, BRIHANMUMBAI

NOTIFICATION

No. SRA,B/ED/OW/3C(1)/Notification/Utkarsha Siddhi SRA CHS (prop)/Lower Parel/

GS/2026/28451.—Whereas, the Slum Re habilitation Authority has formed Slum Rehabilitation

Scheme under the provision of Section 3B (3) of Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance

and Redevelopment) Act, 1971 and published in Gazette on 9th April 1998 ;

Whereas, in view of the provision of Section 3C (1) of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement,

Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971, the Chief Executive Officer, Slum Rehabilitation Authority,

(SRA, Brihanmumbai) is empowered to declare any area as “Slum Rehabilitation Area”.

Therefore, in view of the said provision of Section 3C (1) of the Maharashtra Slum Areas

(Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971. I, undersigned is hereby declare the area

shown in schedule as “Slum Rehabilitation Area”. Now the said area is open to submit scheme of

slum rehabilitation as per regulation 33(10) of Development Control and Promotion Regulation,

2034 of Brihanmumbai.
