दि�नांंsक ३ मार्च, २०२३ रोजीच्याा आदेदेेश क्रमांंsक १०८८ अन्वयेे तज्ञ सदस्यांंsची नेेमणूूक नि�योोजन समि�तीीमध्येे केेलेेली आहेे. त्यानुुषंंगानेे

नि�युुक्त नि�योोजन समि�तीीनेे उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमााचेे कलम २८(३) चेे तरतुुदीीन्वयेे मारेेगाव नगर पंंचाायतीीस साादर केेलेेल्या अहवाालाच्याा

दि�नांंsकापासूून उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमााचेे कलम २८(४) चेे तरतुुदीीन्वयेे वि¦हि�त मुुदतीीत फेेरबदल

प्रसि�द्धीीकरण करणेेस मारेेगाव नगर पंंचाायत

असमर्थथ ठरलेे आहेे;

आणि� ज्याअर्थीी, मा. सहसंंचाालक, नगर रचनाा, अमराावतीी वि¦भााग, अमराावतीी यांंsनी त्यांंsचेेकडील आदेदेेश नंं. ५३२, दि�नांंsक २६ जूून,

२०२५ अन्वयेे नि�योोजन प्रााधिि˜करणााच्याा अधिि˜कारााचाा वापर करण्यासााठी व उक्त वि¦कास योोजना संंदर्भाभाा�नेे कलम २८(४) व कलम ३०

पर्यंंत आवश्यक वैैधानि�क कार्यवााहीी पूूर्णण करणेेसााठी उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमााच्याा कलम २१(४ अ) अन्वयेे, सहाायक संंचाालक, नगर रचनाा,

यवतमााळ यांंsची अधिि˜कारी म्हणूून नि�युुक्तीी केेली आहेे;

Publication of Draft Modifications/Changes in Draft Development Plan Of Nagar Panchayat

Maregaon Under Section 28(4) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966

NOTICE

No. R.D.P.-Maregon-ADTPY-444-2026.—

Whereas, the Maregaon Nagar Panchayat, (hereinafter referred to as “the said Planning

Authority”,) are vide Resolution No. 01, dated 1^st June, 2018 has declared its intention to prepare

a Draft Development Plan of Maregaon (hereinafter referred to as the “said Draft Development

Plan”) for the area under us jurisdiction, (hereinafter referred to as the “said area”) as per the

provision of section 23(1) read with section 21(2) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act,

1966 (hereinafter referred to as the “said Act”) and notice to that effect is published in Maharashtra

Government Gazette Amravati Division Supplement Part 1A on dated 21^st-27^th June, 2018;

And whereas, in accordance with the provisions of Section 24 of the said Act, the Nagar

Panchayat vide order No.1432, dated 17^th October, 2018 has appointed Assistant Director, Town

Planning Branch, Yavatmal as “ Town Planning Officer” to prepare the said Draft Development

Plan for the said area;

And whereas, the Town Planning Officer and Assistant Director, Town Planning, Branch

Yavatmal has prepared the said Draft Development Plan of the said area and has handed it over to

the said Planning Authority on dated 26^th December, 2022 for publication under section 26(1) of the

said act, for inviting suggestions/objections from the public;

And whereas, Maregaon Nagar Panchayat, being Planning Authority, has published the Draft

Development Plan of Maregaon (Original Limit) U/S 26(1) of the Maharashtra Regional & Town

Planning Act, 1966 vide notice dated 28^th December, 2022 for inviting suggestions/objections from

public. The said Notice is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette of Amravati Division

Supplement Part One-A, dated 5^th-11^th June, 2023;

And whereas, after considering the suggestions/objections to the said Plan received within

stipulated period, the Planning Committee constituted U/S 28(2) of the said Act order of Hon.

Director, Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune Order No.1088, dated 3^rd March, 2023 has

submitted its report to the said Planning Authority within time;

And whereas, the said Planning Authority has failed to publish the said Draft Development Plan

under section 28(4) of the said Act within the time limit and whereas, the Joint Director of Town

Planning, Amravati Division, Amravati by his order No 532 dated 26^th June, 2025 has appointed

Assistant Director, Town Planning, Branch, Yavatmal as an “Officer” as per the provisions of Sec.

21(4A) of the said Act, to exercise the powers of the said Planning Authority and complete the legal

procedure required under section 28(4) & upto section 30 of the said Act;

And whereas, the Town Planning Officer and Assistant Director, Town Planning, Branch,

Yavatmal being “Officer Appointed”, has published the Draft Development Plan of Nagar Panchayat

Maregaon U/S 28(4) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act. 1966, vide notice for

inviting suggestions/objections from public. The said Notice is published in Maharashtra Government

Gazette of Amravati Division, Supplement Part-A, dated 23^rd January-29^th January, 2025;

And whereas, after due consideration of the recommendations of the Planning Committee, the

Planning Authority resolved to accept the modifications and alterations recommended therein, the

said Officer, being Officer appointed has passed Resolution No. 01-2026, Dated 8^th July, 2026 to

publish the said Draft Development Plan U/S 28 (4) of the said Act, to make modifications/changes

in the said Draft Published Plan and to submit the said Plan along with the said modification for

sanction to the Government U/S 30 of the said Act:

And whereas, it is necessary to publish the said modifications/changes made in the said Draft

Published Plan for inspection of the public as per section 28/4 of the said Act;

Now, therefore, the list of modifications made U/S 28/4 of the Act, by the said Planning Authority

is hereby published as shown on the Draft Plan for information of the public. Also the said Draft

Development Plan showing the said modifications in blue color is kept open for the inspection of

the public in the office of Assistant Director, Town Planning, Yavatmal and Chief Officer, Nagar

Panchayat, Maregaon, Dist. Yavatmal on working days, during office hours.
