NIA Act, 2008 and Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967.

No. SPC 1322/C.R.73/IX.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of sec. 22

read with sub-section (1) of section 11 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 and Unlawful

Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (Amended Act, 2008), the Government of Maharashtra, on the

recommendation of the Bombay High Court, hereby appoints Shri Sharadprasad S. Oza, District

Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Aheri, District-Gadchiroli as a Special Court in

place of Shri D. M. Aher for the trial of cases filed under the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008

and Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (Amended Act, 2008) at Aheri, District Gadchiroli.
