24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act No.2 of 1974), the Government of Maharashtra

hereby appoints Adv. Sangita Eknath Phad as “Special Public Prosecutor” for conducting the Sessions

Case bearing No. 1257/2023 pending before Sessions Court, Bhiwandi, Dist. Thane which is arising

out of C.R.No. 04/2016 registered at Bhiwandi Taluka Police Station, Thane Gramin.

2. Her appointment is strictly subject to the conditions of service laid down in the Maharashtra

Law Officers (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Remuneration) Rules, 1984 and The Rules for

the Conduct of the Legal Affairs of Government, 1984.

3. Lump sum fees of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) as quoted by Adv. Sangita

Eknath Phad has been already deposited by the applicant Shri Dayanand Walaku Patil to the

Government, vide R.B.I. Challan No. 33 dated 16.07.2026. The amount will be paid to Adv. Sangita

Eknath Phad after completion of the case.

4. The Government reserves the right to revoke/modify/annul the order without assigning any

३. वसूूली अधि�कारी यांं�नीी या कार्याा�लयानेे दिि—. ३१/१०/२०१८ रोजी नि�र्गगमीत केेलेेल्या परि�पत्रकाानूूसार दरमााह वि¦हि�त नमूून्यात कर्जज

वसूूलीची माहि�तीी जििल्हाा उपनि�बंंधक, सहकाारी संंस्थाा (१), मुंं�बई यांं�नाा सादर करावी.

४. वसूूली अधि�कार प्रदान केेलेेल्या व्यक्तीची बदली झाल्यास किं�ंवा सदर व्यक्ती सेेवा नि�वृृत्ती झाल्यास किं�ंवा सदर व्यक्तीस सेेवेेतूून

काढूून टाकल्यास किं�ंवा त्याचा मृृत्यूू झाल्यास, अशाा अधि�काऱ्यास प्रदान केेलेेलेे अधि�कार आपोआप रद्द होतील.

५. वसुुली अधि�कारी यांं�नीी नमूूद केेलेेल्या कालावधीत वसुुलीचेे कामकाज समााधानकाारक केेलेे नसल्याचेे नि�दर्शशनाास आल्यास

किं�ंवा प्रदान केेलेेल्या अधि�काराचा गैैरवाापर करीत असल्याचेे नि�दर्शशनाास आल्यास, प्रदान केेलेेलेे अधि�कार काढूून घेेतलेे जातील व

भवि¦ष्यात असेे कोणतेेही अधि�कार अशाा व्यक्तीस प्रदान करण्यात येेणार नााहीत.

६. शाासन नि�र्णणय क्रमांं�क संंकि�र्णण १५०४/प्र क्र २३१/१५ स दिि— २३/११/२००६ अन्वयेे वसूूली अधि�का-यांं�नाा तीन सिं�ंहााच्या राजमुुद्रेेचा

वापर करताा येेणार नााही.

७. वसूूली अधि�काा-यास त्याच्या नावापुुढेे कोठेेही “महाारााष्ट्र शाासन नि�युुक्त” आणि�/किं�ंवा “सि�व्हील कोटट”

“एक्झीीक्युुटीव्ह कोटट” या शब्दांं�चाा अथवाा तत्सम शब्दांं�चाा वापर करताा येेणार नाही. त्या ऐवजी वसूूली अधि�का-यांं�नीी त्यांं�च्या

नाावापुुढेे वसूूली अधि�कारी (महााराष्ट्र सहकाारी संंस्थाा अधि�नि�यम, १९६० व नि�यम, १९६१ चेे नि�यम १०७ अन्वयेे) असेे लि�हाावेे.

८. वसूूली अधि�काऱ्यास वसूूलीसाठी वापर करण्यात येेणाऱ्या वाहनाावर “ वसुुली अधि�काारी, वि¦मा कामगार को-ऑप. बँँक

लि�., मुंं�बई” असा फलक लावता येेईल.

९. वसूूली अधि�का-यानेे पगाार जप्तीची काययवाही करताानाा कर्जजदाराच्या / जामीनदााराच्या पगाार कपाती बाबत राष्ट्रीीयकृृत बँँका वा

अन्य बँँका यांं�च्याकडेे परस्पर वेेतन कपातीचा आदेेश देेवूून परस्पर पगाार कपात करताा येेणार नााही. संंबंंधि�त कर्जजदार / जामीनदाार ज्या

आस्थाापनेेवर काम करीत आहेे त्या आस्थाापनेेवरीील आहरण व संंवि¦तरण अधि�कारी / पगाार करणाारा अधि�कारी यांं�चेेमार्फफत पगाारातूून कर्जज

वसूूल करण्याची काययवाही करावी.

अधि�कार तात्काळ काढूून घेेण्यात येेतील.

२. सदरचेे अधि�कार सहकाार कायदा कलम १०१ व ९८ अन्वयेे प्राप्त संंस्थेेच्या वसुुली दाखल्याची अंंमलबजावणी करण्याकरि�तााच

असतीील.

३. वसुुली अधि�कारी यांं�नीी दरमहाा सोबत जोडलेेल्या वि¦हि�त नमुुन्यात प्रपत्र १,२,३, व ५ प्रमाणेे कर्जज वसुुलीची माहि�तीी संंबंंधीत

जििल्हाा उपनि�बंंधक, सहकाारी संंस्थाा यांं�चेे कार्याा�लयास व या कार्याा�लयास सादर करावी. ज्या सहकाारी संंस्थेेचेे काययक्षेेत्र वि¦भााग, दोन वि¦भााग

अथवाा राज्य काययक्षेेत्र आहेे त्या संंस्थांं�नी देेखील त्यांं�चेे मुुख्य कार्याा�लय ज्या जििल्ह्याामध्येे आहेे त्या जििल्हाा उपनि�बंंधक यांं�चेे कार्याा�लयास

माहि�तीी सादर करावी व त्याची प्रत या कार्याा�लयास सादर करावी.

४. अधि�कार प्रदान केेलेेल्या वसुुली अधि�कारी असलेेल्या व्यक्तीची बदली झाल्यास किं�ंवा सेेवा नि�वृृत्ती झाल्यास किं�ंवा सेेवेेतूून

काढूून टाकल्यास किं�ंवा त्याचा मृृत्यूू झाल्यास, अशाा अधि�कान्यास प्रदान केेलेेलेे अधि�कार आपोआप रद्द होतील.
