ज्याअर्थीी, महाागांंsव नगर पंंचाायतीीने (यापुुढेे " उक्त नि�योोजन प्रााधिि˜करण " असे नि�र्देेशि�लेेलेे), ति�च्या अधिि˜पत्याखाालील क्षेेत्रााची

(यापुुढेे " उक्त क्षेेत्र " असे उल्लेेखलेेली), महाारााष्ट्र प्राादेदेेशि�क नि�योोजन व नगर रचनाा अधिि˜नि�यम, १९६६ (यापुुढेे " उक्त अधिि˜नि�यम"

असे नि�र्देेशि�लेेली), चे कलम २१ (२) चे अनुषंंगाने कलम २३ (१) मधील तरतुुदीीनुसाार प्राारूप वि¦कास योोजना, महाागांंsव (यापुुढेे

"उक्त प्राारूप वि¦कास योोजना" असे उल्लेेखलेेली) तयाार करण्याचाा इराादाा ठरााव क्र. १२, दि�नांंsक ०५ एप्रि�ल, २०१८ अन्वयेे जाहीर करुन

त्याबााबतचीी सूचनाा महाारााष्ट्र शाासन रााजपत्र, अमराावतीी वि¦भााग, पुुरवणीी भााग १अ मध्ये दि�नांंsक ०५ डिि’सेंबर, २०१८ रोजी प्रसि�ध्द केली

आहे ;

आणि� ज्याअर्थीी, उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमााच्या कलम २४ च्या तरतुुदीीस अनुसरुन महाागांंsव नगर पंंचाायतीीने उक्त क्षेेत्राासााठी उक्त प्राारूप

वि¦कास योोजना तयाार करण्यासााठी सहाायक संंचाालक, नगर रचनाा, यवतमााळ शााखाा, यवतमााळ यांंsची "नगर रचनाा अधिि˜कारी" म्हणूून

आदेदेेश क्र.६९, दि�नांंsक ०२ मे, २०१८ अन्वयेे नेमणूक केली आहे ;

आणि� ज्याअर्थीी, उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमाातीील तरतूूदीीनुसाार, नगर रचनाा अधिि˜कारी तथाा सहाायक संंचाालक, नगर रचनाा, यवतमााळ यांंsनी

उक्त क्षेेत्रााची उक्त प्राारूप वि¦कास योोजना तयाार करुन तीी उक्त नि�योोजन प्रााधिि˜करणााकडे उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमााचे कलम २६ (१)अन्वयेे

जनतेकडून सूचनाा / हरकतीी मागवि¦ण्याकरि�ताा प्रसि�ध्द करण्यासााठी दि�नांंsक २४ जुलै, २०२३ अन्वयेे हस्तांंsतरीीत केली आहे ;

आणि� ज्याअर्थीी, उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमााच्या कलम २६ (१) अन्वयेे उक्त प्राारूप वि¦कास योोजना, वि¦हीत मुदतीीत म्हणजेच

दि�नांंsक ०६ जानेवारी, २०२३ पर्यंत प्रसि�ध्द करण्यास उक्त नि�योोजन प्रााधिि˜करण असमर्थथ ठरलेे आहे;

आणि� ज्याअर्थीी, सहसंंचाालक, नगर रचनाा, अमराावतीी वि¦भााग, अमराावतीी यांंsनी त्यांंsचेकडील आदेदेेश क्र. ११९८, दि�नांंsक ०३

ऑक्‍‍टोोबर, २०२४ अन्वयेे नि�योोजन प्रााधिि˜करणााच्या अधिि˜कारााचाा वापर करण्यासााठी व उक्त वि¦कास योोजना संंदर्भाभाा�ने कलम २६ व

कलम ३० पर्यंत आवश्यक वैधानि�क कार्यवााही पूर्णण करणेेसााठी उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमााच्या कलम २१ (४ क) अन्वयेे, सहाायक संंचाालक,

नगर रचनाा, यवतमााळ यांंsची " अधिि˜कारी " म्हणूून नि�युुक्तीी केली आहे;

आणि�, ज्याअर्थीी, उक्त नि�युुक्त अधिि˜कारी यांंsनी उक्त प्राारूप वि¦कास योोजना, नि�योोजन प्रााधिि˜करण म्हणूून उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमााचे कलम

२६ (१) नुसाार प्रसि�ध्द करण्यासााठी ठरााव क्र. ०२, दि�नांंsक ३१ जुलै, २०२६ पारीत केलेेला आहे;

त्याअर्थीी, उक्त प्राारुप वि¦कास योोजना, उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमााचे कलम २६ (१) अन्वयेे, नागरि�कांंsकडून सूचनाा/हरकतीी मागवि¦ण्यासााठी

प्रसि�ध्द करण्यात येत आहे. सदरहूू योोजनेसंंबंंधीचे नकाशे व अहवााल कामकाजाच्या दि�वशी

ी कार्या�लयीीन वेळेत नागरि�कांंsच्या अवलोोकनार्थथ,

खााली नमुद केलेेल्या कार्या�लयाात उपलब्ध आहेत.

उक्त प्राारूप वि¦कास योोजनेतीील तरतुुदीीसंंबंंधी नागरि�कांंsच्या काही सूचनाा / हरकतीी असतीील तर त्यांंsनी ही सूचनाा महाारााष्ट्र शाासनााच्या

रााजपत्राात प्रसि�ध्द झाालेेल्या दि�नांंsकापासून ३० दि�वसांंsच्या आंत उक्त नि�युुक्त अधिि˜कारी, सहाायक संंचाालक, नगर रचनाा, यवतमााळ,

रुम नंं. १०३, तळमजला, नवीन प्रशसकी

ीय इमारत, जि�ल्हााधिि˜कारी कार्या�लय परि�सर, यवतमााळ, यांंsचे कार्या�लयााकडे लेेखी स्वरूपात

कारणांंsसह पाठवाव्यात.

उक्त प्राारूप वि¦कास योोजनेचे नकाशे व तपशीीलाच्या प्रतीी योोग्य ते शुल्क आकारून नागरि�कांंsना नि�युुक्त अधिि˜कारी यांंsचे कार्या�लयाात

NOTICE

No. R.D.P.-Mahagaon-ADTPY-593-2026.—

Whereas, the Mahagaon Nagar Panchayat, (Thereinafter referred to as "the said Planning Authority",)

are vide Resolution No. 12, dated 05^th April, 2018 has declared its intention to prepare a Draft Development

Plan of Mahagaon (hereinafter referred to as the "said Draft Development Plan") for the area under as

jurisdiction, (hereinafter referred to as the "said area") as per the provision of section 23(1) read with

section 21(2) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act. 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act")

and notice to that effect is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette Amravati Division Supplement

Part 01A on 05^th December, 2018 ;

And whereas, as per the provision in section 24 of the said Act, Nagar Panchayat vide the Order No.69,

dated 02^nd May, 2018 has appointed Assistant Director, Town Planning Branch, Yavatmal as "Town Planning

Officer" to prepare the said Draft Development Plan for the said area ;

And whereas, the Town Planning Officer and Assistant Director, Town Planning Branch, Yavatmal

has prepared the said Draft Development Plan of the said area and has handed it over to the said Planning

Authority on dated 24^th July, 2023 for publication under section 26(1) of the said act, for inviting suggestions/

objections from the public ;

And whereas, the said Planning Authority has failed to publish the said Draft Development Plan under

section 26(1) of the said Act within the time limit upto dated 06^th January, 2023;

And Whereas, the Joint Director of Town Planning, Amravati Division, Amravati by his Order No.1198,

dated 03^rd October, 2024 has appointed Assistant Director, Town Planning Branch, Yavatmal as an "Officer"

as per the provisions of Section 21(4A) of the said Act, to exercise the powers of the said Planning Authority

and complete the legal procedure required under section 26 & upto section 30 of the said Act ;

And whereas, the said Officer, being Planning Authority has passed Resolution No. 2, Dated 31^st July,

2026 to publish the said Draft Development Plan u/s 26 (1) of the said Act.

Therefore, the said Draft Development Plan is being published u/s 26 (1) of the said Act, for inviting

suggestions/objections from public. The copy of the said Draft Development Plan & report thereof are kept

open for inspection of the public at the following offices on all working days during office hours.

(1) Chief Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Mahagaon .

(2) Assistant Director, Town Planning, Yavatmal Branch.

The suggestions/objections, if any, in writing from public in this regard with reasons, shall be

submitted to the said Officer having his office at Assistant Director, Town Planning, Yavatmal Branch,

Administrative Building, Room No.103, Ground Floor, Collector Office Campus, Yavatmal, a period of 30

days from the date of publication of this notice in the Maharashtra Government Gazette.

The copies of the said Draft Development Plan and particulars shall be available to the public at

reasonable price in the office of the said officer.
