उप-कलम (१) च्या खंंड (प) द्वाारे प्रदान केलेल्या अधिि˜काारांं�चाा वाापर करून, महााराष्ट्र राज्याला लागू करताानाा आणिि” त्या संदर्भाभाा�त जारी
केलेल्या सर्वव मागील अधिि˜सूचनाा, आदेश किं�ंवाा इतर कोणत्याही दस्तऐवजांं�ना रद्द करताानाा, येथेे जोडलेल्या अनुसूचीमध्ये वि�नि�र्दि�िष्ट केलेल्या
स्थानि�क क्षेत्रांं�शीी संबंधिि˜त असतील तेथवर, त्यां�चेे अधिि˜क्रमण करुन, महााराष्ट्र शासन याद्वाारे घोोषिि¨त करते की येथेे जोडलेल्या अनुसूचीच्या
स्तंभ (२) मध्ये नि�र्दि�िष्ट केलेली ठिि‘कााणे अनुक्रमे त्यांं�च्या प्रत्येकाासमोर स्तंभ (३) मध्ये नि�र्दि�िष्ट केलेली पोोलीस ठाणी असतील आणिि” अशा

(1) of section 2 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (46 of 2023), in its application to
the State of Maharashtra and in supersession of all the previous notifications, orders or any other
instruments issued in that behalf, in so far as they relate to the local areas specified in the Schedule
appended hereto, the Government of Maharashtra hereby declares that the places specified in

(iii) South :- The area is bounded by the line
commencing from the above-mentioned
intersection point on the northern side
of the Milan Subway Footpath and
proceeding westwards along the northern
side of the Milan Subway Footpath upto
the point where it intersects with Swami
Vivekananda Road.
(iv) North :- The area bounded by a line commencing
from the north-eastern side of Andheri
Railway Station (Masjid Gali), proceeding
westwards along the northern side of
Masjid Gali upto its junction with Swami
Vivekananda Road; thence continuing
westwards along the northern side of
Masjid Gali, crossing Swami Vivekananda
Road, and thereafter along the southern
side of Jayaprakash Path upto its junction
with Dadabhai Cross Road near Navrang
Cinema; and then proceeding further west
upto the western junction of Gaondevi
Road.

(ii) West :-
The area bounded on the west by the
sea coast, commencing from the point
where the southern boundary meets the
coastline and proceeding northwards
along the eastern side of the coast upto
the point where the northern boundary
intersects the sea coast at Birla Lane.
(iii) South :- Starting from the footpath on the
northern side of Khar Subway, proceeding
westwards across Swami Vivekananda
Road; thence northwards along the
Link Road; further northwards along
Ramakrishna Mission Marg; thence
northwards along the Khar Danda Nallah
from the point where it intersects S.B.
Patil Marg, continuing upto the point
where the said Nallah meets the seashore
at Nagari Agripada. The jurisdiction
comprises the area lying to the north of
the aforesaid boundary line.

(iv) North :-
Starting from the point where the eastern
edge of Milan Subway intersects the
Western Suburban Railway, proceeding
northwards along the northern side of
Milan Subway; thereafter westwards
across Swami Vivekananda Road; then
northwards along the western side of
Swami Vivekananda Road upto the Vile
Parle Crematorium; thereafter westwards
along the protective wall of Juhu Airport
(Pavan Hans); then southwards along
the said protective wall upto Dilkhush
Special School; thereafter westwards
across Juhu Tara Road; then westwards
along Juhu Tara Road upto Birla Lane;
and thereafter southwards along Birla
Lane upto the point where it meets the
Arabian Sea.

(i) East :-
Starting from the point of intersection
of the northern side of Gul Mohar Road
with the diagonal road described above,
the boundary proceeds in a south-
easterly direction and then continues
southwards along Gul Mohar Road. It
reaches its junction with Vaikunthalal
Mehta Road, then follows the eastern
side of Vaikunthalal Mehta Road upto its
junction with Swami Vivekananda Road.
From there, it continues southwards
to the Vile Parle Hindu Cemetery. The
demarcated area lies to the west of this
boundary line.
(ii) West :-
Beginning at the point where the
southern boundary meets the seashore,
the boundary runs northwards along the
eastern side of the coastline upto the point
where the northern boundary meets the
seacoast near the village of Mora. The
demarcated area lies to the east of this
boundary line.
(iii) South:- Starting from the footpath on the
northern side of Swami Vivekananda
Road adjoining the Vile Parle Hindu
Crematorium, the boundary extends
westwards along the southern side of
Nehru Nagar upto the protective wall of
Juhu Airport. It then continues westwards
along the airport’s protective wall upto
Dilkhush Special School, crosses Juhu
Tara Road, proceeds northwards along
the western side of Juhu Tara Road, turns
westwards at the junction with Birla Lane
Road, and finally reaches the seashore.
The demarcated area lies to the north of
this boundary line.

(iv) North:-
Starting from the point where Gul Mohar
Road approaches from the south and
curves northward before turning west, at
the point where the diagonal alignment
of the road meets its northern edge;
thence proceeding westwards along the
northern side of Gul Mohar Road upto
the junction of Gul Mohar Station Road,
N.S. Road No. 10, and Link Road (D.N.
Nagar Circle); thence crossing the said
junction and continuing to Irla Nallah;
thence proceeding north-westwards along
the northern bank of Irla Nallah upto
its confluence with the sea near Mora
Village; the area bounded to the south of
the said line.

Narayan Road upto the southern side of
Gaondevi Road near Navrang Cinema,
where it meets Dadabhai Cross Road;
thereafter proceeding southwards along
the eastern side of Gaondevi Road upto
its junction with V.P. Road; thereafter
proceeding eastwards along the northern
side of V.P. Road upto Upashreya Lane;
and then southwards along the eastern
side of Upashreya Lane upto its junction
with C.D. Barfiwala Road.
(ii) West :-
Starting from the above-mentioned point
at the High Tide Line (sea water mark),
the boundary proceeds northwards along
the eastern side of Mangrove Ville Road
No. 1, opposite City Survey No. 161,
upto Balasaheb Sawant Marg; thereafter
crossing Balasaheb Sawant Marg and
proceeding northwards along the eastern
side of St. Louis Church Road upto Four
Bungalow Junction, where the boundary
closes.

(iii) South :- Starting from the point where Upashreya
Lane meets the northern side of C.D.
Barfiwala Road, the boundary proceeds
westwards along the northern side of C.D.
Barfiwala Road thereafter continuing
along the northern side of Gulmohar
Road, crossing the J.V.P.D. Junction,
and proceeding along the northern side
of Deole Road upto the point where Irla
Nallah passes beneath the 10th Juhu
Gaonthan; thereafter proceeding along
the northern bank of Irla Nallah upto the
High Tide Line (sea water mark).
(iv) North :-
The area bounded by the north-western
end of Amboli Level Crossing and
proceeding southwards along the western
side of the northern arm of Amboli Cross
Lane and S.V. Road upto its junction
with Caesar Lane; thereafter proceeding
westwards along the northern side of
Caesar Lane and then southwards along
the western side of Caesar Lane upto
its junction with Jay Prakash Road;
thereafter proceeding westwards along
the northern side of Jay Prakash Road
upto its junction at Four Bungalow.
