NOTIFICATION

No. PL(APP)/NAG/PRO/G-A/2026/9689-7110.— Shri Manoj Namdeo Shende, Section Officer,

working on the establishment of the Bombay High Court Bench at Nagpur, is hereby promoted and

appointed to the post of “Protocol Officer-cum- Court Keeper”, in Pay Matrix S-26 (82200-211500), on

the establishment of the High Court Bench at Nagpur, with effect from the date he assumes charge

of the said post.

NOTIFICATION

PART-I

No. PL(APP)/Steno/2026/9698.— Smt. Vaishnavi Mahadev Shejal, candidate at Sr. No. 29 on

the Select List for the post of Personal Assistant to the Hon’ble Judge, prepared by the High Court,

Bombay is hereby appointed as “Personal Assistant” in the Pay Matrix S-23: 67700-208700, on the

establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, with effect from 01.09.2026 or thereafter

from the date she assumes charge of the said post, purely on temporary and ad-hoc basis, on the

conditions mentioned in Part II of this order.

PART-II

Conditions :—

1. Her appointment shall be subject to Bombay High Court, Appellate Side Service Rules, 2000

and such other Rules/Circulars as may be issued from time to time by the High Court.

2. On her appointment, she would be covered under New “Defined Contribution Pension

Scheme” (Renamed as “National Pension Scheme”). The existing pension scheme under Maharashtra

Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1982 and Maharashtra Civil Services (Commutation of Pension) Rules,

1984 and General Provident Fund Scheme would not be applicable to her.

3. Her appointment as Personal Assistant to the Hon’ble Judge shall be on probation for a period

of two years or until an order declaring her to have satisfactorily completed the period of probation,

is made by the Appointing Authority, whichever is later. During the probation period, her services

are liable to be terminated without notice and without assigning any reason.

4. Her seniority will be according to her position in the select list for the post of Personal

Assistant to the Hon’ble Judge.

5. Her appointment is made subject to the result of litigation/ representation, whether pending,

if any, or that may be filed, in which appointment to the post of Personal Assistant to the Hon’ble

Judge are/would be challenged.

6. Her appointment to the post of Personal Assistant shall be subject to the outcome of the

verification of character and antecedents.

7. Her appointment is subject to being declared medically fit by an appropriate medical

authority.

8. She will have to deposit one month’s Basic Pay in lieu of one month’s notice, in case, she

tenders resignation without giving prior notice.

9. In case she fail to join duties within 30 days from the date of the receipt of this High Court

Notification or to inform the undersigned her inability to do so, her name will be struck off from the

Select List.

10. In case the information submitted by her regarding her eligibility for the abovesaid post

i.e. educational qualification, age, caste, domicile etc. is found to be incorrect or false, her services

would be liable to be terminated at any time, without assigning any reason.

11. She has to submit the enclosed “Attestation form” alongwith “Identity Certificate” (enclosed

herewith) duly filled in and signed, at the time of joining the post.

Note : The abovesaid candidate is hereby directed to join duty at 10-30 a.m. on any working day

within 30 days from the receipt of this Notification in Personnel Department, High Court, Appellate

Side Bombay, Room No. 501, 5th Floor, Administration Building, Gokuldas Tejpal Hospital (G.T.)

Compound, in front of Small Causes Court, Mumbai 400 001, alongwith all original certificates for

verification purpose and attested photocopies of certificates (2 sets) and one recent passport size

photograph.

Read : — (1) Select List of 35 candidates and Wait List of 08 candidates for the post of Personal

Assistant to the Hon’ble Judge prepared by the High Court, Bombay published on

18.10.2025.

(2) High Court Notification No. PL(APP)/Steno/2026/8854, dated 27.07.2026, thereby

appointing Shri Rajkumar Narsing Kudle, candidate at Sr. No. 28 on the Select List

of Personal Assistant to the Hon’ble Judge & presently working as Stenographer

(Grade-III), District Court, Latur, as ‘Personal Assistant to the Hon’ble Judge’ on

the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay.

(3) Letter No. HKW(adm)/7728/2026, dated 11.08.2026, of Principal District & Sessions

Judge, Latur forwarding therewith application dated 06.08.2026 of Shri R. N.

Kudle communicating his unwillingness to join duty as Personal Assistant on the

establishment of High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay.

No. PL(APP)/Steno/2026/9695.— Vide High Court Notification dated 27.07.2026, referred above

at Sr. No. 2, Shri Rajkumar Narsing Kudle, candidate at Sr. No. 28 on the Select List of Personal

Assistant to the Hon’ble Judge & presently working as Stenographer (Grade-III), District Court,

Latur was appointed as a Personal Assistant to the Hon’ble Judge on the establishment of the High

Court, Appellate Side, Bombay purely on temporary and ad-hoc basis with effect from the date he

assumes charge of the said post.

Vide application dated 06.08.2026 referred above at Sr. No.3, Shri Rajkumar Narsing Kudle, has

informed his unwillingness to join duty as Personal Assistant on the establishment of High Court,

Appellate Side, Bombay. Therefore, the appointment of Shri Rajkumar Narsing Kudle on the post

of Personal Assistant to the Hon’ble Judge on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side

Bombay is hereby cancelled and his name is also hereby deleted from the Select List dated 18.10.2025

referred at Sr. No. 01.

Henceforth, the abovesaid candidate shall have no right of whatsoever nature to claim

appointment as a Personal Assistant to the Hon’ble Judge on the establishment of the High Court,

Bombay in respect of Select List dated 18.10.2025 referred above at Sr. No. 1.
