No. Rly-1026 /C.R.154 /Transport-5.— In pursuance of Article 66 of the Memorandum and Article

of Association of the Konkan Railway Corporation Limited and as per sub clause (IX) of clause 6 of

the Agreement Signed by the Ministry of Railway and Government of Maharashtra, the Governor of

Maharashtra hereby appoints Shri. Sanjay Sethi, Additional Chief Secretary (Transport and Ports)

to the Government of Maharashtra, to be a Part-Time Director of the Corporation, to represent the

State of Maharashtra.
