Rules of Business framed and in exercise of the powers conferred under clause (3) of
Article 166 of the Constitution of India and in partial modification of this Department
Notification No.2245–CAB-06/2017/PAD., dated the 7th May, 2017 & No. 6550–CAB-
26/2017/PAD., dated the 22nd December, 2017, Hon’ble Governor of Odisha is pleased
