NOTIFICATION

The 6th March, 2018

S.R.O No.87/18- Whereas it has been intimated by the District Fisheries Officer-

cum- Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies(Fisheries), Dhenkanal vide his Letter

No 1576 Dt.01.12.2017 and Letter No 93 Dt. 20.01.2018 to this Commission as required

under Section 32 (3) of OCS Act,1962 and under Rule 3(3)(a) of OCS (Elections to the

Committees) Rules,1992 for constitution of a new Committee of Govindapur Primary

Fishermen Co-operative Society Ltd., Govindapur in accordance with the provisions of

OCS Act and Rules owing to supersession of the previous Committee of the Society U/S

32(1) of OCS Act,1962 by the District Fisheries Officer-cum- Assistant Registrar of Co-

operative Societies(Fisheries), Dhenkanal Vide Order No.957 Dt.13.06.2017.

Now, therefore, it is hereby ordered that a new Committee of Govindapur Primary

Fishermen Co-operative Society Ltd., Govindapur shall be constituted in accordance with

the provisions Act and Rules.

Swapnalipa Sahoo, Assistant Fisheries Officer, O/o the Block Development

Officer, Bhuban is hereby appointed as Election Officer of the said Society to conduct the

election of a new Committee following the procedures laid down in the OCS Act, 1962 and

OCS (Elections to the Committees) Rules, 1992 and orders/ Circulars/instructions issued

by the Commission from time to time fixing the Date of poll, if necessary, on

Dt.20.05.2018. He is to take up the election of President and Vice-President there after by

following due procedure laid down in OCS (Elections to the Committees) Rules, 1992 and

relevant circulars and guidelines issued by this Commission from time to time fixing the

date of poll, if necessary.
