NOTIFICATION

The 6th March, 2018

S.R.O No.90/18- It has been brought to the notice of the Commission by the

Secretary of the Nilgiri Engineering Co-operative Society Ltd.,Nilgiri Vide his Letter No.37

Dt.01.02.2018 and Letter No.105 Dt.17.02.2018 of ARCS, Nilgiri Circle that Sri Birendra

Nath Jena, President of the Nilgiri Engineering Co-operative Socity Ltd, Nilgiri has

resigned. It has been requested to fill up the vacancy in the office of President of the

Society arising due to resignation.

Now, therefore, it is ordered that the vacancy in the office of President of the Nilgiri

Engineering Co-operative Society Ltd.,Nilgiri, shall be filled up in the same manner as it

was originally filled up as required under Section 28(6) of the OCS Act, 1962.

Sri Narendra Prasad Panda, Inspector of C.S., office of the ARCS, Nilgiri Circle is

here by appointed as the Election Officer to conduct the election of office of the President

of the Nilgiri Engineering Co-operative Society Ltd., Nilgiri with a direction to take up the

election programme from the stage of filing of nomination so as to conduct the poll, if

necessary, on Dt. 08.04.2018 by following due procedure as prescribed in the OCS Act,

1962 & OCS (Elections to the Committees) Rules, 1992 and Circulars/Guidelines issued

by this Commission from time to time.
