The 7th March, 2018

No.7662–ME-II-M-50/2017(Pt.)/H. — In exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the AIPH University, Odisha, Act, 2017 (Odisha Act-3 of

2018) the State Government do hereby appoint the 26th day of February, 2018 as the date

on which the said Act shall come into force.
