S.R.O. No. 106/2018— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule(3) of rule 1

of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Rules, 2018, the State

Government, on the recommendations of Goods and Services Tax Council, do hereby

appoint the 1st day of April, 2018, as the date on which the provisions of rule 3[other than

clause (7)],rules 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8shall come into force.
