S.R.O.No.114/2018— In exercise of powers conferred under section 23 of the

Orissa Estates Abolition Act, 1951(Orissa Act I of 1952), the State Government do hereby

confer the power in favour of Smt. Priyanka Mallick, O.R.S., Asst. Collector in charge of

Compensation, Sadar Bahel, Collectorate, Cuttack to deal and dispose of the

Compensation cases in respect of all intermediaries interests both trust and non-trust

estates vested in the State Government within the jurisdiction of Compensation Officer,

Collectorate, Cuttack.
