NOTIFICATION

The 28th March, 2018

S.R.O. No. 112/2018— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (7) of

Section 4 of the Odisha Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1956 (Odisha Act 3 of 1957),

the State Government, having been satisfied that it is necessary so to do in interest of

the genuine farmers, do hereby exclude the agricultural produce, namely, groundnut pods

(shelled groundnut) Mung (Green Gram), Black Gram (Biri) and Red Gram (Arhar) under

the Price Support Scheme (PSS) operation in the State from 1st April, 2018 to the 30th

June, 2018, in relation to the market areas of all Regulated Market Committees (RMCs) in

the State, specified as such agricultural produce, by the State Government under sub-

section (1) of Section 4 of the said Act.
