NOTIFICATION
The 31st March, 2018
No.2969-Legal-12/2018-L.A.— The following amendments to the Rules of
Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Odisha Legislative Assembly, promulgated
by the Speaker under sub-rule (3) of Rule 177 of the aforesaid rules are hereby
published for general information:-
“AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES OF PROCEDURE AND CONDUCT OF BUSINESS IN THE
ODISHA LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY
* * * * * *
(i) In Schedule- V, after the words “General Administration”
appearing against Committee- I, the words “ and Public
Grievances” be inserted ; and
the words “and Public Grievances & Pension Administration”
appearing against the same Committee be deleted ;
(ii) In Schedule- V, the words “& Culture” appearing against
Committee- III be substituted by the comma and words
“, Odia Bhasa, Sahitya O Sanskruti” ;
(iii) In Schedule- V, after the words “Child Development”
appearing against Committee- V the words “and Mission
Shakti” be inserted ;
