RESOLUTION
The 6th April, 2018
Whereas the Ministerial Posts of the Legislative Wing and Language Branch was
re-structured in the Resolution of the Government of Odisha in the Law Department No.
6597/L., dated the 20th June, 2017;
And, whereas, the Finance Department while concurring the draft rule vide their
U.O.R No. 175/ GS –II, dated the 4th October, 2016 for the aforesaid Ministerial Officers
have advised to re-organise the number of posts at different levels without altering the total
number of posts in the cadre ;
And, whereas, taking into consideration the advice of the Finance Department and
the workload and the ratio between the feeder grade and the promotional grade the State
Government have been pleased to reduce the sanction strength of the posts of Senior
Proof Reading Assistant from “five” to “four” and enhance the sanction strength of the
posts of Proof Reading Assistant from “four “to “ five” to ;
Now, therefore, the following amendments shall be made to the said Resolution
namely:-—
In the said Resolution, for Serial Nos. 5 and 6 including the entries appearing in
column(1) to (7) against them, the following serials and the entries shall be substituted
under the appropriate columns:—
