NOTIFICATION

The 7th April, 2018

S.R.O No.138/2018— In pursuance of the powers conferred by clause (b) of

Section 3 of the Odisha Education Act, the State Government do hereby notify Upashastri

and Shastri wing of Raghunath Jew Nilamani Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya, Kochiakoili in the

District of Balasore, as Aided Educational Institution.

Further, the Government have been pleased to order that the teaching and non-

teaching posts admissible as per yardstick prescribed in the Odisha (Non-Government

Upashastri and Shastri Colleges) Grant-in-Aid Order, 2009 will be paid Grant-in-Aid in

shape of Block Grant not exceeding 40% of the salary at initial level with effect from the

date of notification.

ORDER

Ordered that this Notification shall be published in an Extraordinary issue of the

Odisha Gazette.
