Empowered Committee constituted vide this Department Notification No. 14944/HUD.,

dated the 10th June, 2015 under Comprehensive Development Plan Land &

Implementation Policy (CLIP), 2015 pertaining to Paradeep Development Authority &

Kalinga Nagar Development Authority.
