NOTIFICATION
The 9th April, 2018
S.R.O. No.184/2018— In exercise of the Powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the
Secion 5 and sub-section (1) of the Section 7 of the Registration Act. 1908 (16 of 1908),
and in partial modification of the Notification of the Govt. of Odisha in erstwhile Revenue
and Excise Department No. 14753/Regn., dated the 3rd March,1964, the State
Government do hereby direct that the Villages as specified in the schedule below, which
have hither to been included in the local limits Registration Sub-District of Subarnapur in
the Registration District of Subarnapur as the case may be, shall, with effect from the date
of publication of this Notification in the Extraordinary issue of the Odisha Gazette, cease to
have been so included and from the said date, the said villages shall form a part of the
Registration Sub-District of Tarbha with Headquarters at Tarbha in the Registration
District, Subarnapur.
2. In excise of power conferred by Section 6 of the Registration Act, 1908 (16 of
1908), the State Government do hereby appoint the Tahasildar, Tarbha as ex officio Sub-
Registrar of the Registration Sub-District Tarbha with effect from the said date.
