NOTIFICATION

The 11th April, 2018

S.R.O. No.240/2018— In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section(10) of

Section 2 of the Odisha Survey & Settlement Act,1958( Odisha Act 3 of 1959), the State

Government have been pleased to notify that Shri Nigamananda Panda, OAS(S), In-

charge of Settlement Officer, Cuttack-Puri Major Settlement, Cuttack to exercise the

powers and perform the duties of Settlement Officer under the said Act and the Rules

made thereunder within his jurisdiction under the Cuttack-Puri Major Settlement , Cuttack.

He will cease to exercise such powers on posting of a regular Settlement Officer in

Cuttack- Puri Major Settlement, Cuttack.

This Department Notification No.44626/RDM., dated the 23rd December, 2017

published in the Extraordinary issue of the Odisha Gazette is cancelled.
