Desk Officer of PR & DW Department who has been promoted to the rank of Under-

Secretary in Pay Band -3 of Rs.15,600- 39,100/- with grade pay of Rs.5400/- on ad hoc

basis and posted as such to ST & SC Dev. Department vide Home Department

Notification No.22869/OSS., dated the 12th June, 2017 is here by promoted to the rank of

Under-Secretary on regular basis in consultation with Odisha Public Service Commission,

Cuttack communicated in letter No.1848/PSC., dated the 22nd March, 2018 from the date

of his joining in the rank of Under-Secretary .

This promotion is subject to the final decision of O.A. No. 1099(C)/2011 pending

before the Hon’ble OAT.
