NOTIFICATION

The 17th April, 2018

No. 2923–TRN-LC-MISC-0106/2017/T.— In pursuance of direction of the Supreme

Court Committee on Road Safety and for undertaking various road safety activities for

reduction of road accidents and fatalities in the State a Dedicated Fund for Road Safety

has been created by the Government of Odisha vide C & T (Transport) Department

Resolution No. 8236-LC-TR-40/2014(Pt.I), dated the 23rd December, 2015.

Now, Government have been pleased to declare that the aforesaid Fund is

Non-lapsable.
