NOTIFICATION

The 17th April, 2018

S.R.O No.153/2018–It has been brought to the notice of the Commission by the

Secretary of the Indian Charge Chrome Employees Co-operative Credit Society Limited,

Choudwar Vide his Letter Dtd.14-11-2017, Letter Dtd.27-2-2018, Letter Dtd. 9-4-2018 and

Letter No.3747,Dtd.15-12-2017 of ARCS, Cuttack Circle that Shri Bansidhar Mandal,

President as well as the Committee Member of Con.No.8(UR), Shri Birendra Kumar Das,

Committee Member of Con.No.1(UR) and Shri Sridhar Nanda, Committee Member of

Con.No.10(UR) of the said Society have resigned. It has been requested to fill up the

vacancies in the office of Committee Members of the Society arising due to resignation.

Now, therefore, it is ordered that the vacancies in the Office of the Committee

Members of the Indian Charge Chrome Employees Co-operative Credit Society Limited,

Choudwar, shall be filled up in the same manner as it was originally filled up as required

under Section 28(6) of the OCS Act, 1962.

Shri Girish Kumar Mishra, SARCS, office of the ARCS, Cuttack Circle is here

by appointed as the Election Officer to conduct the election of office of Committee

Members of Con.No.8(UR), Con.No.1(UR) and Con.No.10 (UR) of the Indian Charge

Chrome Employees Co-operative Credit Society Limited, Choudwar with a direction to take

up the election programme from the stage of filing of nomination so as to conduct the poll,

if necessary, on Dtd.20-5-2018 by following due procedure as prescribed in the OCS Act,

1962 & OCS (Elections to the Committees) Rules, 1992 and Circulars/Guidelines issued

by this Commission from time to time. He is to take up the election of President there after

by following due procedure laid down in OCS (Elections to the Committees) Rules, 1992

and relevant circulars and guidelines issued by this Commission from time to time fixing

the date of poll, if necessary.
