ORDER

The 20th April, 2018

S.R.O. No.152/2018— 1. In view of the Order No.8093, dated the 20th March,2018

by which the word “Affidavit” in Grant-in-Aid Order, 2017 has been substituted by the

words “Written intimation”, the following minor modifications in the Annexure to S.R.O.

No.512/2017, dated the 22nd October, 2017 are hereby made :

(i)

In Para. 2 of Annexure-A of S.R.O. No.512/2017, dated the 22nd October,

2017, the words “in non-Judicial Stamp paper of value Rs.10/- with due

notarization” stand substituted by the words ‘in plain paper”.

(ii) In Para. 4 of Annexure-A of S.R.O. No.512/2017, dated the 22nd October,

2017, the words “sworn in” may be substituted by the word “submitted”.

(iii) In Annexure-B of S.R.O. No.512/2017, dated the 22nd October, 2017, the

word “Deponent” stand substituted by the word “Applicant”.

(iv) In Para.1 of Annexure-C of S.R.O. No.512/2017, dated the 22nd October,

2017, the word “sworn” stand substituted by the word “submitted”.

2. The eligible employees willing to accept the benefits of Grant-in-Aid Order, 2017

may submit their willingness to the Secretaries of their respective Governing Bodies by

30th June, 2018, so as to reach the Director, Higher Education not later than 31st July,

2018.
