ORDER

The 30th April, 2018

No. 1090/C.— In exercise of power conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the

National Security Act, 1980 (65 of 1980) read with sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the said

Act and in partial modification of Government of Odisha, Home (Special Section)

Department, Order No.172/C, dated the 25th January, 2018, the State Government do

hereby direct that the Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar-Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, shall

continue to exercise the powers under sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the National Security

Act, 1980 within his jurisdiction for a further period of three months beyond the 30th April

2018.
