CORRIGENDUM

Sub: Modified Guidelines of "Nirman Shramik Pucca Ghar Yojana (NSPGY)”.

No. 3412–LL-I(III)-10/2018//LESI— Para. 5.4, 5.9 regarding selection of beneficiary

and sanction of benefits under NSPGY to the eligible beneficiaries appears in the

Government Resolution issued vide this Department No. 300, dated the 11th January,

2018 may be read as follows:—

5.4. On receipt of the said list from the District Labour Officer, Block Development

Officer will cause scrutiny if the construction worker was earlier sanctioned with housing

assistance under any of the Government Schemes and if the name of the household finds

place in the kutcha household category of the SECC 2011 list. The name of households

who have earlier availed housing assistance under any of the Government Schemes will

be deleted from the list.

However, in case the name of beneficiary is not in the SECC list, the BDO shall

inquire and certify that the beneficiary is otherwise eligible for housing assistance under

NSPGY.

5.9. BDO will sanction houses to the eligible registered construction workers against

the target allotted by PR & DW Department. Priority will be given in the order of seniority in

registration( i.e. the beneficiary with earlier date of registration with OB&OCWW Board will

be given priority) while sanctioning housing assistance under NSPGY.
