NOTIFICATION

The 3rd May, 2018

No.10413–2F(M)-44/2018/F&E.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the

proviso to Article 309 of the constitution of India, the Governor of Odisha is pleased to

make the following rules further to amend the Odisha Forest Service Group-A (Junior

Branch) (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2013 namely :—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Odisha Forest Service Group-A (Junior

Branch) (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Amendment Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the

Odisha Gazette.

2. The Odisha Forest Service Group-A (Junior Branch) (Recruitment and

Conditions of Service) Rules, 2013 in rule 14 after clause (iii) the following clause shall be

added namely :—

“(iv) Graduation qualification having science discipline at +2 Level”.
