No. 5451—LRC-01/16-L. — In pursuance of paragraph 5 of the Resolution of the

Government of Odisha in the Law Department No. 2412-LRC-01/2016-L., dated the 16th

March, 2016 published in the extraordinary issue No. 492 of the Odisha Gazette, dated

the 16th March,2016, the State Government do hereby appoint Justice Shri Bijay Kumar

Nayak, Retired Judge of the Orissa High Court as the Chairperson of the Odisha State

Law Commission.
