NOTIFICATION

The 22nd May, 2018

No. 8621–WCD-CW-SCHM-0040/2015/WCD&MS.— In pursuance of sub-

sections (1) and (2) of Section 4 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children)

Act, 2015, read with rule 3 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Model

Rules, 2016 and as recommended by the Hon’ble High Court of Orissa, Cuttack, the

Juvenile Justice Board, Khurda is hereby reconstituted with the Civil Judge (Jr. Division)-

cum-JMFC, Khurda as the Principal Magistrate of the Juvenile Justice Board, Khurda in

place of the Registrar, Civil Courts, Khurda in partial modification of this Department

Notification No. 5068, Dated the 28th March, 2018 (vide Sl. No. 19) and in supersession of

this Department Notification No.16748, Dated the 17th October, 2016 .

2. All other terms and conditions shall remain unaltered.
