NOTIFICATION

The 22nd May, 2018

No. 8629–WCD-CW-SCHM-0040/2015/WCD&MS.— In pursuance of sub-

sections (1) and (2) of Section 4 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children)

Act, 2015, read with rule 3 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Model

Rules, 2016 and as recommended by the Hon’ble High Court of Orissa, Cuttack, the

Juvenile Justice Board, Sambalpur is hereby reconstituted with the Civil Judge (Junior

Division)-cum-JMFC, Sambalpur as the Principal Magistrate of the Juvenile Justice Board,

Sambalpur in place of the J.M.F.C, Sambalpur in partial modification of this Department

Notification No.14409, Dated the 2nd September, 2016 (vide Sl. No. 28) and this

Department Notification No.5068, Dated the 28th March, 2018 (vide Sl. No. 28).

2. All other terms and conditions shall remain unaltered.
