S.R.O. No.180/2018— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section

279 of the Odisha Municipal Corporation Act, 2003 (Odisha Act 11 of 2003), the State

Government do hereby specify that the Commissioner shall give notice, by advertisement,

inviting tender where the contract or the execution of work or the supply of material or goods

involves an expenditure exceeding Fifty thousand rupees.
