NOTIFICATION

S.R.O. No.181/2018— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c ) of sub-section

(2) of Section 277 of the Odisha Municipal Corporation Act, 2003 (Odisha Act 11 of 2003), the

State Government do hereby specify the financial limit in column(3) of the table below of

expenditure involved in a contract to be made and sanctioned by the authority mentioned

against column (2) thereof with the condition that the said financial limit of expenditure may

vary with an increase of ten per centum of the value involved in such contract, namely:—
