NOTIFICATION

The 24th May, 2018

No. 8785–PT3-WCD-CW-MISC-0021/2015/WCD&MS.— In exercise of the powers

conferred under section 18 of the Commission for Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005, the

State Government do hereby appoint Ms. Sandhyabati Pradhan as the Chairperson of

Odisha State Commission for Protection of Child Rights [OSCPCR] for a period of three [3]

years from the date of assumption of office or till attaining the age of sixty-five years,

whichever is earlier.
