RESOLUTION

The 28th May, 2018

Sub: Modification to the Resolution No.14546/SME., dated the 25th July, 2011

on regularisation of services engaged in the High Schools on contractual

basis.

In continuation of this Department Resolution No.14546/SME., dated the 25th

July, 2011, substitution of Para.4(iii) of the said resolution is made herewith in

respect of constitution of the District Level Screening Committee (DLSC) on the

following aspect

“4.(iii) the performance and eligibility of the contract teachers for appointment

as regular teachers in Government High School shall be scrutinized by a screening

committee comprising the following members:—

(a) District Education Officer

: Chairman

(b) Additional District Education Officer (Secondary)

: Member

Convenor

(c) 3 Block Education Officer (to be decided by DEO)

: Members

(d) 2 Headmasters one each from leading Govt. High

School of the District. : Members”

This has been concurred in by the Finance Department in OSWAS file

bearing No. SME-GHS-GHS-0103/2018 on 11th May, 2018.

ORDER

Ordered that this Resolution shall be published in an Extraordinary issue of

the Odisha Gazette.
