NOTIFICATION

The 4th June, 2018

S.R.O. No.241/2018— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (h) of Section-

2 read with Section 38 of the Odisha Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of

Fragmentation of Land Act, 1972 ( Odisha Act 21 of 1972) and in supersession of all

previous notifications issued in this regard, the State Government do hereby notify

Dr. Banani Mohanty, OAS(SAG) as In-charge Commissioner, Consolidation,

Bhubaneswar in addition to her own assignment as Additional Commissioner, Additional

Revisional Court, Bhubaneswar to exercise the revisional powers of the Commissioner,

Consolidation, Bhubaneswar under the said Act, till joining of a regular Commissioner ,

Consolidation, Bhubaneswar.
