ORDER

The 4th June, 2018

No. 12533–SME-NGHS-NGHS-0068/2017/SME.— The School & Mass Education

Department Order No. 20040/SME., dated the 22nd October, 2017 is further partially

amended as follows:—

(i)

In Para. 2 of Annexure-A of Order No.20040/SME., dated the 22nd October,

2017, the words ”in Non-Judicial Stamp paper of value Rs.10/- with due

notarisation” may be substituted by the words “in plain paper”.

(ii) In Para. 4 of Annexure-A of Order No.20040/SME., dated. the 22nd October,

2017, the words “sworn in” may be substituted by the word “submitted”.

(iii) In Annexure-B of Order No.20040/SME,, dated the 22nd October, 2017, the

word “Deponent” may be substituted by the word “Applicant”.

(iv) In Para.1 of Annexure-C of Order No.20040/SME., dated the 22nd October,

2017, the word “sworn” may be substituted by the word “submitted”.

(v) After Para. 3 of Order No. 20040/SME., dated the 22nd October, 2017 the

following Para may be inserted:—

“4.The willing employees may submit their willingness to the Secretaries

of their respective Managing Committees by 30th June, 2018 so as to reach

the concerned Directorates not later than 31st July, 2018.”
