NOTIFICATION

The 6th June, 2018

S.R.O. No.197/2018— In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (1) of

Section 692 of the Odisha Municipal Corporation Act, 2003 read with sub-rule (1) of rule-37

of the OMC, Rules, 2004, the Government have been pleased to appoint the Chief

Engineer, Public Health functioning as Chief Engineer-cum-Additional Secretary , H & UD

Department as the Inspector of Local Works (ILW) for all Municipal Corporations in the

State.

This Notification supersedes all the previous Notifications of appointing Inspector of

Local Works (ILW) for all Municipal Corporations in the State.

This Notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its issue.
