RESOLUTION

The 8th June, 2018

Sub: Extension of Revised Scales of Pay as per Odisha Revised Scale of Pay Rules,

2017 to the regular employees of Odisha State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd.

Consequent upon issue of guidelines by the Public Enterprise Department vide their

Resolution No.893/PE., dated the 12th March, 2018 regarding revision of pay of the State

Public Sector Undertakings on the basis of Odisha Revised Scales of Pay Rules, 2017, the

issue for revision of pay structure as per ORSP Rules, 2017 in favour of the regular

employees of Odisha State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. was under active consideration

of the Government for some time past.

After careful consideration, Government has been pleased to allow the revised pay

benefit as per Odisha Revised Scales of Pay Rules, 2017 (7th Pay) to the regular

employees of Odisha State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. with effect from 1st January,

2016. The arrear pay from 1st January, 2016 to 30th April, 2018 shall be paid to the

employees with due approval of Board of Directors without hampering the business and

liquidity of the Corporation following Finance Department letter No. 28046/F., dated the

22nd September, 2017 and No.6062/F., dated the 12th March, 2018.

This has been concurred in by the Finance Department in their file bearing No. FIN-

ES3-CLAIM-0001-2018, dated the 28th April, 2018 and P.E. Department in their file

bearing No.PE-TECH1-MISC-0026-2018, dated the 7th June, 2018.

ORDER

Ordered that this Resolution be published in the Extraordinary issue of the Odisha

Gazette and 50 copies be supplied to FS & CW Department.
