NOTIFICATION
The 13th June, 2018
S.R.O. No. 224/2018— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of
Section-1 of the Odisha Town Planning and Improvement Trust Act’1956 (Odisha Act 10 of
1957), the State Government do hereby appoint the 13th June, 2018 to be the date on
which the said Act shall come into force in the areas of 5 additional revenue Villages
comprising the Master Plan Area of Koraput Regional Improvement Trust in the District of
Koraput as the specified in the Schedule below in continuation of this Department
Notification No.41238, dated the 20th September, 1983:
