NOTIFICATION

The 13th June, 2018

S.R.O. No. 226/2018— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) read

with sub-section (3) of Section-80 of the Odisha Town Planning & Improvement Trust

Act.1956 (Odisha Act 10 of 1957) the State Government do hereby appoint the Officer-in-

charge, Town Planning Unit, Sundargarh as the Special Planning Authority for the Master

Plan area of Kuanrmunda to which the said Act has been extended by the Notification of

Government of Odisha in Housing & Urban Development Department No.15244/HUD.,

dated the 13th June, 2018 and direct that he shall exercise all the powers and perform all

the duties of a Planning Authority , in addition to his own duties until further orders.
