NOTIFICATION

The 13th June, 2018

S.R.O. No. 227/2018— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of

the Section 80 of the Odisha Town Planning and Improvement Trust Act, 1956 (Odisha Act

10 of 1957), the State Government do hereby declare that it is necessary to make

administrative provisions for all purposes of the said Act in the Kuanrmunda Master Plan

Areas in the District of Sundargarh to which the provisions of the said Act have been

applied under sub-section (3) of Section-1 thereof by the Notification of the Government of

Odisha in the Housing & Urban Development Department, No.15244/HUD., dated the 13th

June, 2018.
