NOTIFICATION

The 18th June, 2018

S.R.O. No.242/2018— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section-33 of the

Odisha Survey & Settlement Act, 1958 (Odisha Act-3 of 1959), the State Government do

hereby delegate the powers of the Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack under section -6D,

15 & 25 of the said Act in favour of Shri Suratha Mallik, OAS(SAG) in addition his own

duties, for disposal of revision cases in respect of Mayurbhanj District and Brahmagiri

Tahasil of Puri District.

He shall exercise the powers under clause (h) of Section-2 read with Section-33 of the

Odisha Consolidation Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation of Land Act, 1972 in

respect of Mayurbhanj District and Brahmagiri Tahasil of Puri District only till posting of

regular RDC(CD),Cuttack.
