NOTIFICATION

The 18th June, 2018

S.R.O. No.243/2018— In pursuance of G.A & P.G. Department Notification

No.12302/SCS, dated the 1st May, 2018 and in exercise of the powers conferred by

Section-33 of the Odisha Survey & Settlement Act, 1958 (Odisha Act-3 of 1959), the State

Government do hereby delegate the powers of the Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack

under section -6D, 15 & 25 of the said Act in favour of Shri Chandramani Badnayak,

OAS(SAG) as Additional Commissioner , Additional Revisional Court, Bhubaneswar.

He shall exercise the powers and perform the duties under the above provisions in

respect of Bhubaneswar Sub-Division under Khordha District and Gop Tahasil under Puri

District for early disposal of revisional cases on transfer from the Court of Member, Board

of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack .

This Department Notification No.24909/RDM., dated the 27th July, 2017 is modified

to the above extent.
