RESOLUTION

The 23rd June, 2018

The clause 7 (b) of Health & Family Welfare Department Resolution No. 8844, dated

the 26th June, 2013 stands amended. The clause 7 (b) shall be read as “the Bank interest

on surplus fund except the interest accrued out of the Government scheme funds placed

with the Corporation. “

The remaining portion of the above said Resolution remains unaltered.

This Order will take effect from the date of issue.

ORDER

Ordered that the Resolution be published in an Extraordinary issue of the

Odisha Gazette.
